Machine and Vacuum are 220 volt single phase. GP-7 can also be setup as 3 phase. Both are about 2 years old but we only use them about every 3rd week so they are in great shape. We will include all the diamonds and polishing pads that we have that go with this machine. It is about $3000 worth of diamonds and pads. We will also include an extension cord for each. We are only selling because we are focusing on residential business now and have found we can't get this machine into most of the jobs we currently do due to size and weight.
